Recently concluded a nine day jury trial in Carroll County Superior Court. Interesting case which involved both legal claims and requests for equitable relief relating to a right of way. The property owner sued three other lake front property owners for various intentional torts alleging common law trespass, timber trespass, trespass to stone and destruction of a property boundary (stone wall). After receiving testimony from both lay and expert witnesses, the jury and the Court returned verdicts fully favorable to my clients and the other defendants.
